A Ring doorbell video going viral shows a package thief using a unique disguise to steal a package from a California homeowner.
The package thief was caught on camera in Sacramento late last month, attempting to nab a package from the home of Omar Gabriel Munoz. Instead of walking up to the porch, the thief disguised themselves as a black garbage bag with nothing but feet sticking out of the bottom.
Footage then showed the thief snatch up a small package and pull it inside of the bag.
Sacramento police say the crime occurred in the sheriff’s office jurisdiction. Munoz said he was upset at first but then started laughing at the absurdity of the situation.
