A chaperone policy is being implemented for minors of a certain age at the Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance. This comes after there have been several incidents of large groups of teenagers causing chaos at the mall.
According to the Fashion Center, anyone under 18 must be with an adult who’s 21 or older after 3 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. One adult can accompany up to four minors at a time and must stay with them at all times. The new rule will start on March 1st.
