A female passenger was beaten last week by a woman on Metro and now one politician says the trains are not safe.

It happened on an ”A train” in Long beach while the victim called police and pleaded for 11 minutes to get the driver to stop. L-A County Supervisor Janice Hahn – who’s also on the Metro board – says Metro is simply not safe. “I’m surprise you know, that people you now, are even still riding the system it is not appearing to be safe”, said Hahn.

A female passenger was beaten last week by a woman on Metro and now one politician has a harsh realization.

The vicious beating happened on an ”A train” in Long beach while the victim called police and pleaded for 11 minutes to get the driver to stop the train. L-A County Supervisor and Metro board member Janice Hahn says it all leads to one conclusion.

She’s wondering why help was so hard to find after taxpayers spent hundreds of millions of dollars on security. “This one really hit hard because I’m wondering where everybody was $175.000,000 we spent for law enforcement, then on top of that we have 275 people that are just LA metro security team and then on top of that we just hired 300 ambassadors”, mused Hahn.
