(San Diego, CA) — The woman in National City arrested for having a relationship with a 13 year old student after being named one of the Teachers of the Year in San Diego County is now facing new charges. Jacqueline Ma, a teacher at Lincoln Acres Elementary School, has been arrested again on additional felony charges. National City Police are only referring to the one, original, underage victim in announcing the additional charges.
