(San Francisco, CA) — The man accused of attacking House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband is pleading not guilty. David DePape appeared in San Francisco federal court Tuesday morning. He’s charged with attempted kidnapping and assault is connection to a break-in that left Paul Pelosi with serious injuries. He faces decades in federal prison if convicted of each charge. His next court appearance is set for November 30th.
