(San Diego, CA) — NBA legend Bill Walton says he was attacked by homeless people in San Diego. Walton sent e-mails to San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria, saying “you have failed us and yourself” on the homeless issue. Walton said he was peacefully riding his bike in Balboa Park when he was was threatened, chased, and assaulted by the homeless population. The e-mails were obtained by the Voice of San Diego, saying the incident happened August 28th.
