(London) — ABBA is back on stage for the first time more than four decades — in virtual form. The Swedish pop supergroup debuted their new “Voyage” show at the custom built ABBA Arena in London Thursday. All four members appeared on the red carpet together before the premiere of the 90-minute show. The concert features digital avatars of the band on stage performing hits such as “Dancing Queen” and “Mama Mia!” ABBA worked with Industrial, Light and Magic, the digital effects company created by George Lucas, to put the show together that also features a live band. The residency is schedule to run until the end of the year before it’s expected to head out on a world tour that will run until 2026.
