Biden’s Disinformation Governance Board Paused
(Washington, DC) — After being pilloried from all political sides, the Biden Administration is pumping the brakes on its new Disinformation Governance Board. The Department of Homeland Security says its work is being “paused”.
DHS said the work the board was doing was badly misinterpreted, but the attacks against it are a distraction. The person picked to run the department has been mocked for her questionable, biased and untruthful online videos. Nina Jankowicz tweeted last year “You can just call me the Mary Poppins of Disinformation,” whom Dan Bongino called “Scary Poppins”. She then sang Mary Poppins’ “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” with new lyrics around what she calls “information laundering.” Her lack of credentials and expertise were on full display as her past comments became public. Jankowicz was on the record as having supported the lie that Hunter Biden’s laptop was “Russian disinformation”, and she supported the bogus “Russian collusion” investigation against Donald Trump.
