(Minneapolis, MN) — A Minnesota man is going to prison for threatening to hurt House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Jason Karimi has been sentenced to one year and a day after he pleaded guilty to sending an interstate communication containing a threat. The marijuana activist also will serve two years of supervision once he’s released. Federal prosecutors say Karimi called Pelosi’s California office on January 11th and left a threatening message. One threat involved inflicting pain in every way on the California Democrat.
