(Dayton, OH) — The younger brother of the late Larry Flynt, who founded his Hustler adult entertainment company in Ohio, has filed a lawsuit against his estate. Lawyers representing Jimmy Ray Flynt say he was wrongfully excluded as a beneficiary of a trust formed by Hustler Enterprise in 1988. Larry Flynt, who died in 2021 at age 78, founded the first Hustler Clubs in Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati, then later published an adult magazine named after those clubs. Flynt was noted for using the First Amendment to defend himself in a series of high-profile obscenity lawsuits.
