(Boulder, CO) — The person who allegedly made online threats against UCLA is in custody in Colorado. The university tweeted this morning that “the person who made threats to UCLA is under observation [ and ] not in California.” In-person classes were canceled today and held remotely instead. The Los Angeles Times reports a former instructor threatened the department and specific people with a mass shooting. Students say that person is Matthew Harris, but police in Colorado have not confirmed if Harris is the one in custody. Harris posted hundreds of videos online Monday, including one showing video of the mass shooting in Las Vegas and the massacre at Columbine High School.
