(Washington, DC) — President Biden is attempting to clean up a remark he made about the tense situation between Russia and Ukraine. There are fears Russia will invade and Biden used the phrase “minor incursion” when talking with reporters on Wednesday. Today, he said it’s an invasion if any Russian forces cross the border. He claims he’s been clear on that with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Biden added his “threat” that Russia will “pay a steep price” –without definition– if it invades Ukraine.
