Bidenomics: Inflation is “malarkey” and jobs grow at half expected rate.

Despite polls affirming widespread agreement that his “plan” is not working and inflation not seen in two generations, the President cited “record wage gains” and added, “The Biden economic plan is working,” He played down reports of people quitting their jobs and said Americans are “moving up to better jobs.” Biden rejected claims that he’s not focused enough on inflation, calling it “malarkey.” He also cited ongoing improvements in relieving supply chain bottlenecks.

President Biden calls this a “historic moment” in the nation’s economic recovery while inflation soars and Americans are quitting their jobs at historic levels. Speaking at the White House, Biden touted the three-point-nine percent jobless rate in December. But the economy added only 199-thousand jobs last month, about half the expected number.
