Biden: Significant Changes Coming To Energy–Despite China And Russia Not Making Changes
(Rome) — President Biden says the U.S. will see major changes in how we create electricity–apparently even though the changes may cost us workers jobs and make energy even less affordable. While in Rome, Biden said it will take a while to get most of the country’s energy to solar or wind, but cutting out fossil fuels is the biggest goal. He added the administration is working with automakers on the transition to only electric vehicles and to make transportation grids electric only. Biden believes the changes will come naturally and most people will agree and change the way they create power on their own-despite evidence that such changes will be very costly and make the US more dependent on foriegn nations.
