Rose Parade Officials Confident Event Will Happen

(Pasadena, CA) — Rose Parade officials are confident the event will happen despite the recent spike in COVID-19 cases. Executive Director David Eads says organizers are working closely with the Pasadena Health Department and that more than 90 percent of participants have submitted proof of vaccination. The venue will require negative COVID tests for unvaccinated participants and mask wearing for all. The parade will kick off the morning of January 1st.
