COVID (Washington, DC) — President Biden says — in essence echoing Donald Trump–there’s no federal solution and it comes down to the states in the fight against COVID-19. Speaking on a call with the nation’s governors, Biden said, without thanking Donald Trump for his accomplishments, the the current situation isn’t like March of 2020 when the pandemic began and the tools are now in hand to keep schools and businesses open. The President added his administration has focused on creating at-home coronavirus tests as a way to fight through the pandemic while keeping day to day life as normal as possible. He said more support is coming to all 50 states’ hospitals as the virus is surging and causing health facilities to reach capacity.
