(Santa Ana, CA) — As rain continues to fall in parts of Southern California, mandatory evacuation orders are underway in one corner of Orange County. The sheriff’s department says people living near the Bond Fire burn area are in danger of mud and debris flows. That includes Williams Canyon, Silverado Canyon and Modjeska Canyon. Residents are urged to get out before eight p.m. when the roads will be closed to most vehicle traffic.
