(San Francisco, CA) — The SFPD is offering thousands of dollars in cash rewards for information leading to the arrest and conviction of persons involved in the fencing of stolen goods from car burglaries. Investigators believe there are fewer than a dozen crews who are behind most of the Bay Area’s auto burglaries. They’re hoping the privately-donated 225-thousand-dollars in reward money will get someone to give up names of the burglars.
