(Undated) — It’s a win for coffee consumption. A new study says drinking up to three cups of coffee per day may reduce the risk of heart disease. Coffee consumption from just a half a cup to three cups a day has been linked to a decreased risk of death from heart disease, stroke, and early death from any cause when compared to non-coffee drinkers. The study examined the coffee habits of over 468-thousand people who participated in the UK Biobank Study. Drinking moderate amounts of java has been found to protect adults from type two diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, liver disease, prostate cancer and other ailments.
