President Biden To Address Nation About Afghanistan In Next Few Days
(Washington, DC) — President Biden plans to address the nation about the crisis in Afghanistan in the next few days. A senior administration official did not rule out Biden making the comments from Camp David, where he’s currently at. It appears the Taliban are close to taking control of Afghanistan as the U.S. continues to scramble to get its military and diplomats out of the country. The U.S. is sending an additional thousand troops today to help secure that exit.
