Lead researcher Herman Ponzer and his team studied a database of 64-hundred people from 29 countries including newborns and folks in their nineties. So, what causes weight gain, besides eating too much and moving too little? One dietician responding to the study believes it’s a combination of factors including where you live and changes in your sleep routine.
