Yep… Even breathing fresh air is difficult in LA

(Los Angeles, CA) — The Los Angeles Metro area is once again the smoggiest area in the country. It’s the 21st time in 22 years that LA has gotten the dubious distinction from the American Lung Association. San Bernadino County ranks as the smoggiest county in the U.S., followed by Riverside County and Los Angeles County. Orange County also ranked 25th. The report this year did note improvements from last year’s report, but it was not enough to move the area down on the list. Six other California metro areas were in the top 10 worst for particulate pollution.
