(Los Angeles, CA) — Universal Studios Hollywood is reopening next month. The theme park announced today they plan to welcome back California residents starting April 16th. Guests have to buy tickets ahead of time starting April 8th. They will allow 15-percent capacity and groups of no more than ten under state guidelines.
