(San Francisco, CA) — Twitter is considering charging for some of its features to reduce the company\’s reliance on ad revenues. Some ideas include the ability for users to pay others they follow for exclusive content or placing fees on advanced services like Tweetdeck, the \”Undo Send\” feature, or other profile-customization options. Experts think the social media company would benefit from a more steady income stream as its U.S. market has started to plateau while it still claims less than one-percent of the digital ad market worldwide. Company leaders may update investors on their ideas when it reports fourth quarter numbers tomorrow.
