(Los Angeles, CA) — A new COVID mass vaccination site is set to open at Cal State University Los Angeles. It’s one of two California locations opening as part of President Biden’s game of catch-up with the slow vaccination rate- plan to open 100 vaccination sites in 100 days, the other being at the Oakland Coliseum. Governor Gavin Newsom says they aim to administer six-thousand vaccinations each per day. Residents will be able to register for an appointment on the MyTurn website. The Cal State L.A. location is scheduled to open February 16th.
