(Pasadena, CA) — The cities of Pasadena and Long Beach didn\’t waste much time allowing restaurants to resume outdoor dining. Both cities gave restaurants the all-clear to serve customers on patios and sidewalks again on Tuesday, a day after Governor Gavin Newsom lifted the state\’s regional stay-at-home orders. Pasadena has its own public health department, as does Long Beach, so each can make decisions independent of Los Angeles County. The rest of the county can\’t eat outdoors again until Friday.
