(Napa, CA) — More than 50 restaurants, hotels and vineyards in California’s wine country are pushing back against the state’s coronavirus restrictions. The so-called Wine Country Coalition for Safe Opening filed a 22-page lawsuit in Napa County. The group wants California to loosen the stay-at-home order that prohibits restaurants and tasting rooms in Napa and Sonoma Counties from anything beyond takeout and delivery service. A spokesman for Governor Newsom says they are confident the court will uphold the order as numerous other courts have done.
