Wall Of Sound” Producer Dies From COVID-19

(Stockton, CA) — Famed record producer and convicted murderer Phil Spector is dead. He passed away from coronavirus-related complications at the age of 81. Spector was serving a 19-year prison sentence for the murder of actress Lana Clarkson. Sources with direct knowledge told TMZ Spector was diagnosed with COVID four weeks ago and was sent to the California Health Care Facility. He reportedly recovered and returned to his Stockton prison cell — but he relapsed and had trouble breathing. He was rushed back to the hospital — where he died Saturday night. The official cause of death will be determined by the medical examiner in the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office.
