(Los Angeles, CA) — A new estimate says one in three L.A. County residents has had COVID. The new numbers based on scientific modeling translate to more than three-million infections. This would mean testing is only capturing about a third of cases. This comes as the county averages more than 15-thousand new COVID cases every day.
