Congressman Tom McClintock Asks Biden To Oppose Impeachment Of Trump

(Sacramento, CA) — Congressman Tom McClintock is asking President-Elect Joe Biden to use his influence with Democrats and stop the impeachment effort against President Trump. McClintock who represents California’s 4th District signed a letter with six other members of Congress. In it, they say impeachment would thwart Biden’s efforts to “unify Americans.” However, the six members of Congress are likely too late in enlisting Biden’s help. Earlier today, the House introduced an Article of Impeachment against Trump for “inciting violence against the government of the United States.”
