(Florence, CO) — Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is suing the federal government for what he calls “unfair treatment” during his stint in a maximum security prison facility in Colorado. In a suit filed this week, Tsarnaev says he is being discriminated against because he isn’t getting enough showers per week, and his baseball cap was unjustly taken away from him. Tsarnaev and his older brother blew up two homemade bombs at the 2013 Boston Marathon, killing three and hurting more than 200 others. He is seeking 250-thousand-dollars in damages and is representing himself. However, a federal judge says the suit is full of problems, and it must be corrected within 30 days or it will be thrown out.
