Across Los Angeles, KTLA-5 found drivers who are thrilled to see so much wet weather.

”I’m glad to have it. I welcome it. It’s been dry – dry summer.”
It’s also producing lots of snow in the mountains. There’s even a possibility that some Southern California ski resorts could open this weekend.
