The mother, father and three-year-old son were hit in a Long Beach park. The family was on the sidewalk at a trick-or-treat event when the car jumped the curb. The father, Joseph Awaida died after being hit. His son, Omar, died Saturday. The mother, Raihan Dakhil passed away Sunday. The father and son will be buried Monday. The mother’s funeral is pending. The suspect, Carlo Navarro, is facing several charges. He’s currently free on bail.
