The flyer from the fraternity Phi Sigma Kappa at Cal State Fullerton had a water mark on the bottom right corner of the N-word. The flyer was posted on social media, and campus officials say the person behind the flyer came forward saying they thought it would be funny. The frat has released a statement saying they are undergoing a full membership review.
