A silent alarm was tripped inside the Chase bank in Colton Tuesday night and officers swarmed the area. Someone from inside the bank started shooting through the glass but officers did not return fires, and one of them suffered a minor injury. A SWAT team was called in and the suspect reportedly died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Investigators had to deal with a suspicious package on scene, and the investigation is ongoing.
