The victim was wearing a red hat with some Russian writing on it, and in the bathroom of a Hermosa Beach restaurant, David Delgado asked the victim what it meant. When he told him the writing translated to Make American Great Again, the victim was repeatedly punched in the face before cops say Delgado stole the hat and took off. Delgado was arrested this week at his San Fernando Valley home for the incident earlier this month.
