It happened in the Gramercy Park section of South Los Angeles just after midnight. A homeowner’s security camera filmed the crash. It shows a speeding sedan on a residential street losing control and smashing into a parked van. The 29-year-old driver was pronounced dead at a local hospital. A second car was seen speeding away. Investigators are asking for the public’s help.
