Twenty-two year old William Nguyen was arrested Wednesday. Officials say after cops pulled him over, they found a registered revolver under the driver’s seat which is said to have been loaded. The Cal State Fullerton student is now looking at a felony charge. Investigators have not said why Nguyen was carrying the gun in the first place.
