Police say the suspect was arrested after a standoff with officers during lunchtime on Tuesday. They say the man was sitting in a vehicle with what appeared to be a gun. Long Beach Police officers set up a perimeter around the Chevy El Camino and placed Colin Powell Elementary School on lockdown. Police took the man into custody around one-thirty and discovered the weapon was a replica.
