It happened on skid row late Monday night. Los Angeles Police officers responded to a call only to find a man walking around on fire. Cops put out the flames. The LA Times reports the victim was taken to a hospital. He died on Tuesday. Investigators arrested Jonathan Early at the scene of the crime. The 38-year-old was booked on suspicion of murder and is being held on two-million dollars bail.
