Officer William Rodriguez was arrested Tuesday night on allegations that he sexually assaulted two women while off-duty. Official say an acquaintance claimed she was a victim back in November and investigators got a DNA hit in their database. LAPD Chief Michel Moore released a statement saying when someone sworn to protect breaks the law it tarnishes the badge. The 10-year veteran of the force is being held on over a million dollars bail.
