A new breakdown of census data shows that Los Angeles lost almost 100-thousand people – the biggest drop in the nation. Orange County is close behind with a net loss of 20-thousand. A different set of numbers illustrates the story – U-Haul rentals from SoCal to Phoenix costs 14 times more than a U-Haul going from Phoenix to SoCal.
