Candidates make final push in California

California candidates are making their last stops today and tomorrow.

Republican gubernatorial candidate John Cox will be in Berkeley addressing workers who have to make long commutes because of high housing costs.

”People in that place of work live two and a half hours away so they have a five-hour commute and that’s because of a government-caused housing crisis that I’m going to fix.”

Meanwhile, Senate candidate Kevin de León says he’s casting a wide net to get votes as a long shot candidate.

”I don’t care who you voted for – Trump – Sanders – Hilary Clinton, I want to be your voice.  That’s why I’ve been campaigning with Democrats, Republicans, Independents, decline-to-state – everybody, because everybody deserves to have a voice and a seat at the table.”

John Cox and Kevin de León were guests on McIntyre in the Morning.
