How many financial, real estate programs does one station need? And give John back his fourth hour! That guy from 6-7 is just advertsing his own business. |

(1/27/2010 2:11:37 PM) Security at LAX Airport. I took my son to the LAX airport a few days ago, dropped him off at Continental Airlines and watched as he checked in his bags. I drove home and I received a call from him staingthat he "forgot his liquid insulin". I had my dad drive me to the airport and while he waited for me in the Passenger Loading Zone, I ran in to the rep at the check in for Continental and asked if they could "hurry and give this medicine to my son because the flight was leaving in 5 minutes". The Contenental Airlines rep asked me for my ID. I told her I didn't have it with me at the timne but if she could just "hurry and give this top him so he couyld baord because he's waiting for it at the Gate. So she said "okay" I ran back out to my dad's car which was waiting in the loading passenger zone and we drove off. I called my son a few minutes later and I asked him "did you get your medicine okay?" , and he said, "yes, and I'm boarding the plane now." First of all, I was happy that he was able to get his liquid Insulin but at the same time thought to myself..that could've been a security breach because #1, she didn't know who I was and #2 I looked suspicious running in and out to the car and I looked nervous. and # 3 my son has an Arabic first and last name...Makes you wonder about Obama's Security measures at the airport... |
